Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a clinical setting. Maintain accurate medical records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
Requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. Must hold a current and unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA license.
