What We Look For
Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care to a small patient panel in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with clinical teams and utilize performance dashboards to improve patient health outcomes.
Requirements
Requires an active and unrestricted medical license in Florida or an Area of Critical Need license. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care with training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
