Associate Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

• This will include 5 - 7 client appointments of 53+ minutes each, each day, for a total of 32-33 clients each week.

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care to adults and/or children.

• Create and manage treatment plans and clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Organized, responsive, and ethically grounded.

• Collaborative by nature but confident working independently.

• Comfortable navigating a structured schedule and a full caseload.

• Experienced with higher levels of care (psychiatric hospital care, community based services, prison setting, IOP, SUD facilities, partial hospitalization programs...).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,000
