Key Responsibilities

• Teaching The faculty member will participate in the education of dermatology and pathology residents, fellows, and medical students.

• Responsibilities include leading dermatopathology teaching sessions, supervising trainees during slide reviews, and contributing to departmental Grand Rounds and other academic forums.

• Research The faculty member is encouraged to engage in scholarly activities, including clinical or translational research in dermatopathology.

• Participation in collaborative research projects and publication in peer-reviewed journals is expected.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatopathology

• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia

• Experience in an academic medical center, including teaching residents and medical students
