We are looking for an outpatient physical therapy clinic manager for our office in Fayetteville, GA. We prioritize one-on-one quality care for our patients and foster a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the PT clinic, including management of other therapists, aides, and communicating with other supervisors to ensure collaboration.

• Facilitate communication about the patient schedule to help ensure proper scheduling of patients in order to maximize patient care.

• Manage KPI’s to ensure efficiency and appropriate revenue generation.

• Communicate with front desk, insurance team, billing team and therapists to ensure appropriate utilization of services and help solve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy

• Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia, or eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in outpatient orthopedic practice

• BLS CPR Certification Essential Functions – PT Manager:
