Physician - Ophthalmology

Suburban D.C., Full-time ophthalmologist position with Silver Springs Eye in the DMV (Silver Springs, MD) for a Comprehensive or fellowship trained Glaucoma Specialist.

As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our subspeciality ophthalmic practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice. This position is with Silver Springs Eye with a large office expansion and state-of-the-art design and equipment finishing in February of 2027.

Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.

We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.

Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation

Paid CME, PTO, and outstanding benefits package.

• Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building.

Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e. g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.).

Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
