Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs. Collaborate with families and caregivers to monitor client progress and ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and a New Jersey LBA license. Candidates must have experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
