About the Role

Join Liquid Personnel as a Occupational Therapist – Remote Assessment in [object Object]. Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their remote assessment service. You will triage new referrals, complete telephone/video assessments, prescribe equipment and minor adaptations, and contribute to prevention‑focused work across Adult Social Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review referral information to identify priority, risk, and required OT intervention.

• Carry out remote assessments via telephone and video call.

• Provide preventative advice, guidance, and problem‑solving support to adults, carers, and professionals.

• Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with statutory procedures.
