The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop and re-assess treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care in assisted living settings. They are also responsible for supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current, unrestricted state license. Additionally, applicants must have current CPR certification and the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds for patient transfers.
