Key Responsibilities

The Associate Clinical Director provides clinical leadership by supervising BCBA staff, developing ABA programs, and conducting functional behavior assessments. Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. A minimum of two years of clinical ABA experience and strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
