Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory.

Requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

• Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.

• Support residents in achieving their personal goals while honoring their preferences and routines.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour.

• Signing bonus: $41,000.
