The nurse practitioner will assess medical and mental health needs to develop proactive care plans for long-term care residents. They will also collaborate with an integrated care team to prescribe medications, order diagnostics, and ensure compliance with clinical regulations.
Candidates must hold an FNP, AGNP, AHACNP, or PA license and possess a degree from an accredited program. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in geriatric populations is required.
