Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct patient care as directed by the Physical Therapist and maintain accurate, compliant documentation. They are also responsible for educating residents and families, maintaining a safe treatment environment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program and possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving residents are required.
