Key Responsibilities

• Provide liaison and referral services to community agencies and appears in court when requested or subpoenaed.

• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with professional ethics according to professional and facility standards.

• Coordinate care and discharge plans with Community and SASS agencies, if they are involved with the patient’s care.

Requirements

• Licensure: Massachusetts State license in social work or clinical related mental health field preferred.

• Additional Skill Requirements: CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $62K - $94K

• Signing bonus: $62,000.
