Provide primary psychiatric care and treatment for substance use disorders to patients within a cross-disciplinary team. Offer clinical leadership for the Behavioral Health team and serve as a liaison between medical and behavioral care providers.
Requires a Physician's license in Indiana, DEA registration, CSR license, BLS, and Board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry and Neurology. Preference is given to candidates with Buprenorphine Waiver qualification and training in Trauma Informed Care or Motivational Interviewing.
