Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides individual, family, and group counseling while managing a caseload of clients with mental health and substance use disorders. They also coordinate community resources, document clinical interactions, and participate in treatment conferences to support client recovery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license along with a relevant Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience. A valid Ohio driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug and background checks, are required.
