• Provide in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments according to the physician’s plan of care.

• Assess patients’ strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to function safely at home.

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and progress.

• Help patients improve independence with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, mobility, and home safety.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $40 - $150/hr.
