Key Responsibilities
Provides nutritional services to in-center and home patients to improve clinical outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Conducts nutritional assessments, develops individualized care plans, and provides ongoing education to patients and caregivers regarding kidney disease management.
Requirements
Requires a Registered Dietitian credential and a minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition. Previous experience in renal nutrition is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
