Dream Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Endodontist to join our state-of-the-art practice in Goodlettsville, TN!

This is an exciting opportunity for an endodontist who wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule while working alongside three established General Dentists and a strong, collaborative dental team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an endodontist who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and wants to become an integral part of our growing practice. With three General Dentists already seeing patients in the practice, there is strong potential for a consistent referral stream and the ability to build a thriving endodontic schedule.

We are flexible on days and would love to discuss a schedule that works well for you.

• What We’re Looking For
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach

Requirements

• Education and Training
• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
• Great problem solving
• FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
• Reports to: Operations Manager
