Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Services Administration Provide individual therapy, family therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and intake appointments.

• Conduct feedback sessions with patients and families.

• Maintain a typical caseload of 25–30 scheduled client sessions per week, Ensure clinical care aligns with professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards.

• Documentation and Reporting Complete timely and accurate session notes, treatment plans, diagnostic reports, and clinical assessments.

Requirements

• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.

• Documentation expectations are designed to be efficient and completed within paid administrative time, using standardized templates and workflows.

• Support onboarding efforts for new clinical team members as appropriate.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $55 - $60/hr

• 40 days PTO.
