The Opportunity

• Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current IN state license is a plus.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

The Practice

• Hancock Regional Hospital – Greenfield, Indiana
• 113-bed hospital with an 18-bed Emergency Department.
• Cath lab for STEMI Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
• Annual volume of 24,000 with 62 patients per day.
• Higher acuity and good pathology.
• A smaller community hospital with a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Great relationship with c-suite, most specialties available for consult, and EMR is user friendly.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
