Job Description
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. This is a part-time opportunity of approximately 5 hours per week.
An additional opportunity is also available to provide quarterly assisted living services of approximately 8 hours per quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
- Complete MDS assessments and care plans
- Monitor weights and nutrition risk
- Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
- Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
- Onsite visits completed during weekdays
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
