About the Role

Join Pinnacle Home Care as a Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high

quality rehabilitative care to patients in their homes.

Assist in evaluating and developing patient care plans and conducting periodic reassessments.

Document clinical and daily progress notes for PT review and submission.

Requirements

Must have a current PTA license (state

Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Valid BLS certification.

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
