- Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN to join our therapy team in Waterford, MI.

What You'll Do
As an SLP, you will provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients with a variety of communication, cognitive and swallowing needs.
Responsibilities Include
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, communication, cognition and swallowing
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Educate patients, caregivers and facility staff
- Provide in-service training and support restorative/functional maintenance programs when appropriate
- Help patients maximize their independence and quality of life
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP license
- ASHA certification or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Previous healthcare, SNF or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus
