Physician - Endocrinology

Key Responsibilities

The physician will examine patients, obtain medical histories, and treat acute and chronic endocrine illnesses while creating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans. They are also responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and ensuring compliance with billing and coding standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, have completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, and finished an Endocrinology fellowship. Applicants must also possess an active, unrestricted Connecticut medical license and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.
