Key Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and updates departmental policies and procedures.
- Provides supervision and administrative direction to Substance Abuse Counselor, Case Manager, Social Worker and Transitional Living Facility Manager.
- Manages, develops and locates behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in Sandia Pueblo.
Requirements
- Knowledge of client and adult learning motivational techniques to provide education to patients and families and to assist other staff in developing counseling and teaching skills.
- Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.

Licensure & Certifications
