Job Details: Job Location: LaGrange - Lagrange, GA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Overview KNR’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to our clients.

The BCBAs perform assessments, develop treatment plans, mentor a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families to bring about positive treatment outcomes and ensure the clinical operates to support client growth and success.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans Create written Behavioral Intervention Plans for initial treatment as well as reauthorization events.

Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions. Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff. Work collaboratively with members of the client’s family and other professionals. Provide regular training to families and caregivers.

Ensure KNR’s clinical best practices are followed. Ensure a minimum of 10% training and oversight of technicians on their cases. Ensure each client has a crisis plan or statement of why they aren’t in place. Determine safety care training requirements for staff supporting their clients.

Manage parent concerns, escalating high-priority concerns to the Regional Clinical Director. Determine, document, and manage discharge criteria and plans. Deliver parent training services under 97156 at a minimum of every other week. Adhere to the clinical standards set by KNR.

Support treatment plan reviews as delegated by the Regional Clinical Director. Supervise trainees and BCBA apprentices as delegated. Administrative/Indirect tasks Submit reports with edits on time.

Maintain an active BCBA certification with the supervision of CEUs Maintain an active HIPAA certification Maintain an active BLS/CPR certification Convert appointments within 24 hours in Central Reach Complete open and closing duties as assigned Input supervision and caregiver training schedules two weeks in advance. Respond to parents & KNR staff within 24 hours.
