PRIDE Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

What You’LL Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

Who You Are

• Registered Intern or Independent Licensure in FL
• Bilingual; Spanish
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
