About the Role

Join Liquid Personnel as a Experienced Social Worker – MASH/EDT, Swindon in Swindon, United Kingdom. This role is designed for practitioners who can manage high-level risk and complex caseloads while providing mentorship and modeling best practices for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: Expert Practice: Demonstrate effective practice in complex situations, striking a critical balance between support and statutory control.

Risk Management: Assess and manage higher levels of risk, liaising confidently with a wide range of senior professionals and partner agencies.

High-Quality Reporting: Produce robust assessments and professional reports for case conferences and legal functions.

Leadership & Mentoring: Take responsibility for the practice of others by mentoring Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) and supervising the work of junior staff.
