Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function.

You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and establish individualized therapy plans
  • Develop functional goals that support recovery and independence
  • Implement therapeutic exercise programs and mobility training
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support successful patient outcomes
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in discharge planning and care conferences

Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
