Requirements

Candidates must possess active and clear licensure to practice medicine in Tennessee, along with a DEA Certificate of Registration covering schedules 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5, and be credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare. Board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry is required, with experience in substance abuse being preferred.
