About the Role

Join RiverStone Health as a Occupational Therapist in United States. Working title: Occupational Therapist Classification title: Occupational Therapists Division: Homecare/Hospice Program: Home Health Reports to: Lead Occupational Therapist FLSA status: Non-Exempt: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Wage Range: $34.52 to $49.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructs the patient and patient’s caretaker(s) regarding the patient’s impairment and measures they can take to lessen or eliminate physical and/or mental impairment.
  • Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
  • Develops and implements individual therapy, rehabilitation, and adaptation plans for patients. Modifies as necessary.
  • Provides functional training for the patient in negotiating common practical situations.

Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited occupational therapy program.
  • 3 years experience with rehabilitation and/or disabilities
  • Any combination of experience and training which provide the equivalent scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work. Preferred Qualifications:
