Supported Education Counselor - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

The Supported Education Counselor will provide academic and vocational planning services to help individuals with mental health conditions achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, facilitating workshops, maintaining case records, and acting as a liaison between participants, schools, and community agencies.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a degree in Education and at least two years of relevant experience in mental health or social services. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and experience in peer advocacy or vocational rehabilitation.
