SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
The Physical Therapist 1 is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans. Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record. May supervise physical therapy assistants, therapy techs, and students.
Our Lady of the Angels Hospital is part of FMOL Health. The health system was organized in 1984 to unite three existing hospitals in Louisiana which were already part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady's mission of extending the healthcare of Jesus Christ to those most in need.

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs and formulating and implementing treatment plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate medical documentation while potentially supervising assistants and students.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least a Bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required.
