Key Responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant human services field and possess an active clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings is strongly preferred.
