Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations & Administrative Support.

• Serve as a programmatic advisor to PHC leadership, providing informed input on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and program operations.

• Provide targeted administrative coordination as needed to support program and personnel activities, including meeting logistics and scheduling.

• Coordinate in-person and remote work schedules to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated administrative or office support experience.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $52.5K - $65K
