• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide diagnostic assessment and treatment services to patients.

• Determine the need for medical examination and treatment of the patients.

• Maintain appropriate recordings of progress notes, medication reviews, and dispositions for patient progress.

• Participates when appropriate in the resolution of patient complaints and other problems resulting from the delivery of specific medical services.
