The Rehabilitation Coordinator is responsible for facilitating access to inpatient rehabilitation services and monitoring unit service utilization. They ensure all operations comply with current CMS guidelines and regulations.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess a valid Oregon license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required upon hire.
