Key Responsibilities

• Great position for a newly licensed Master's level as we will provide you supervision for Independent Licensure!

• The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.

• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $64K - $72K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.

This position offers weekends off. Work with Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts.
