The Physical Therapist provides clinical evaluations and develops comprehensive treatment plans for elderly participants within an interdisciplinary team. They also manage durable medical equipment and provide ongoing clinical supervision and training for Physical Therapy Assistants.
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and a current physical therapy license. A minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population is required.
