About the Role

Join ALEXANDER YOUTH NETWORK as a Behavioral Health Counselor - FBC in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for the clients in our treatment environment.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities consistent with the agency's Model of Care.
  • You'll offer appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
  • As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you'll ensure the safety of consumers and maintain the cleanliness of our Facility Based Crisis Center.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience High school diploma is required.
  • in a related human service field is preferred.
  • Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
