OdomRD Dietitian Consultants is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Registered Dietitian who values flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team! This hybrid role offers a mix of onsite clinical care and work-from-home documentation with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.

Responsibilities
* Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities
* Complete nutrition assessments, care planning, and EMR documentation
* Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings
* Monitor nutritional needs related to
* Wound care, renal disease, unintended weight changes, enteral nutrition
* Conduct nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE)
* Support QA/QAPI initiatives to ensure exceptional standards of care
* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy teams, and dietary managers
Required Qualifications
* Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential or RD eligible considered
* Active Texas Dietitian License (or ability to obtain)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a nutrition-related field
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Long-term care experience preferred, but training support available
Schedule
* Part-Time: 18-20 hours per week.
* Hybrid work — onsite + remote charting flexibility
* Monday–Friday scheduling / No nights, weekends, or holidays
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Registered Dietitian credential and an active Texas Dietitian license. A bachelor's or master's degree in a nutrition-related field is required.
