Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Oversee program operations and provide clinical consultation, case planning oversight, and supervision to our dedicated social work staff.
- Direct Clinical Care: Maintain a limited caseload (0.5), conducting age
- specific psychosocial evaluations and facilitating group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
- Program Growth: Drive the expansion of our Outpatient services (IOP, PHP, ECT, and Medical Management) while ensuring all protocols meet DNV standards and regulatory
Requirements
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement program goals, manage resources, and oversee the hiring and training of new clinical talent.
- Continuity of Care: Manage discharge planning and transition protocols to ensure patients move safely and effectively through different levels of care. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Licensure: Active LCSW is required.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
