A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Medical Director to join its leadership team! Great benefits and competitive pay!
Pay: Up to $300,000 annually
Medical Director Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Leadership opportunity combining direct patient care and Medical Director responsibilities
- Opportunity to lead clinical operations within a rural outpatient setting
Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical leadership to support quality, safety, and patient care initiatives
Medical Director Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Oversee and support medical providers while helping establish clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure efficient operations, provider engagement, and high-quality patient care
Primary Care Physician / Medical Director Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active New Hampshire Physician License required or eligible to obtain
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another Primary Care specialty
- Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership experience required
