The Physical Therapist will supervise, evaluate, and provide 1:1 therapy services to patients within assisted living and independent living facilities. They will collaborate with wellness teams to maintain continuity of care and help patients improve mobility and function to age in place.
Candidates must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment and possess a valid driver's license with automobile insurance. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
