Key Responsibilities
The counselor will provide screening, assessment, and therapy for individuals struggling with substance abuse, mental illness, and trauma. They are also responsible for HIV/Hepatitis education, clinical documentation, and coordinating referrals to residential treatment and ancillary services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, with proof of licensure or intern status. Proficiency in a second language (Spanish or Haitian-Creole) is required, and CAP certification is preferred.
