About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage for an FMLA leave at a supportive elementary school in the Odessa area. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and wants to step into an established caseload and schedule.

The SLP will support PreK and Kindergarten students, including students participating in autism programming and students receiving services through an inclusion model. A schedule will already be established, allowing you to step into the role with a clear structure and minimal transition time.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week
• Assignment runs from November 18, 2026 through March 10, 2027
• Weekly pay of $60,000-75,000 annualized based on experience
• Support a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Provide services to students in autism programming and inclusion settings
• Step into a pre-established schedule due to the FMLA coverage assignment
• Access to strong AAC resources and support
• Clinical support available through district contacts to help navigate student and clinical needs

What We're Looking For

• Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
• Experience supporting students with autism or in inclusion settings is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to students
