  • Associate Dentist – Family Dental Associates (Rutland, VT)
  • Full-time: Monday-Thursday
  • Rutland, VT, US
  • Salary Range:$200,000.00 To $320,000.00 Annually

Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, commensurate with experience

Your Impact

  • In this role you will:
  • Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
  • Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays, CBCT and iTero to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
  • Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
  • GPR or AEGD preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
  • Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
