Key Responsibilities
The social worker will coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for psychiatric patients across inpatient and emergency departments. They will also lead clinical debriefing meetings and provide support to colleagues following stressful events.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) credential from the State of New York. A limited permit with a confirmed exam date is required prior to the start of employment.
