Primary Care Provider (Physician or APP)

Key Responsibilities

The provider will evaluate and treat patients, order diagnostic studies, and prescribe medications within their scope of practice. They are also responsible for coordinating referrals, conducting advanced care planning, and documenting all care in the VA Electronic Health Record.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD, DO, PA-C, or NP license with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, current BLS/ACLS certifications, and a DEA certificate are required.
